The Venerable Joseph Ifeanyi Ezenwa was born on 22nd February, 1974. He obtained his first degree in Civil Engineering from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi in 1997, and a Master’s degree in Structures from the University of Lagos in 2007.

In 2012, he enrolled into the Lagos Anglican Seminary where he obtained a Diploma in Theology and afterwards, a certificate in Biblical Hebrew/Greek from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2016.

Professionally, the Venerable Ezenwa is a registered member of the Nigerian Soceity of Engineers (MNSE 12652) and a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN R40373).

The Venerable Ezenwa is a down-to-earth teacher and preacher of the word of God, a great administrator and a very inspirational leader.

He served at Anglican Church on the Peninsula, RGE, as a Curate from 2012 - 2020, from where he was appointed the pioneer Vicar of Anglican Church of the Beautiful Gate, VGC, by his Lordship, The Diocesan Bishop of Lagos, The Rt. Revd. Dr. Humphrey Bamisebi Olumakaiye on January 29th 2020.

The Venerable Ezenwa is happily married to Mrs. Nkechi Ezenwa, a Chartered Human Resources Practitioner and Administrator. Their union is blessed with four children.
